This spring/summer season is the first in a few years that I’m actually enjoying being thoughtful about my closet and making additions! Between pregnancy, postpartum, and then even being a year postpartum last year, I just haven’t prioritized or necessarily enjoyed getting dressed. Last year at the one year mark, my body was still changing and I knew that what would fit me and I’d feel comfortable in last year may not translate over to this year (it takes my body about 2 years to start to feel like my own again after babies!), so I didn’t want to do too much shopping. This year, however, I’m finding myself feeling confident and comfortable in my body, so shopping and making purchases for future years has made sense! It’s been fun to feel creative with it and be inspired to be putting outfits together again.
With that in mind, here are some items I’ve added to my closet lately that I’m enjoying.
1. Z Supply Balos Dress
This dress is stunning and has such nice movement to it. Fits TTS!
2. Amazon Button Vest
I actually bought the navy version of this a couple years ago and love it, so I added cream for this year! Runs small – I size up one.
3. Bombas Women’s Bow Socks
The sweetest little touch to any outfit.
4. Old Navy Jelly Shoes
I’ve been loving the jelly shoe trend – it reminds me of my childhood. I’m liking the pop of red with these! Fit TTS.
5. Spanx High Neck Tank and OnForm Leggings
These are so comfortable and easy to wear all day. Fit TTS.
6. Target Mira Sandals
My sandal collection was in need of a little revamp, so this is one of the styles I’ve added this year. Fit TTS.
7. Spanx Wide Leg Jeans
Some of the most flattering jeans in my closet right now! Fit TTS.
8. Aurate Small Gold Hoops
Love this for a classic hoop earring!
9. Lululemon Hold Tight Tee
I’ve been obsessed with these tees since I first discovered them – insanely soft and easy to wear sporty or casual.
10. Gap Gingham Straw Tote
I love the print on this one!
