As 2023 starts, I thought I’d take a little time to look back on 2022. On a personal level, it held some really tough things, like health issues and a miscarriage. It also came with some really beautiful, incredible things, like becoming pregnant with twins and excitedly anticipating the change to our family in the new year! It was also a year that I made some really important lifestyle changes, namely reducing my stress levels. Professionally, I was able to connect with so many of you through those personal things, which is what makes my job so special. I partnered with some amazing brands and got to share so much with you!
Here Are Some Favorites + Popular Things From 2022

Favorite Habit I Established
I started using the Notes app on my iPhone to create my daily/weekly to-do list and it changed my life, truly. On Sunday or Monday morning, I take some time to write out all of my to-do’s (personal and professional) for each day of the week. I reference the note multiple times each day, checking off the tasks as I finish them. It has been really helpful for productivity and for being able to plan my time out each day.

Thanks so much for another great year of sharing things on the Internet! It wouldn’t be nearly as fun without you!
Did you know you can share notes in the Notes app, too? My husband and I share a to do list for the house and a grocery list.
