I’ve shared a bit about this on Instagram already, but we’re refreshing our screened-in porch! I’m a chronic re-decorator, so it’s really no surprise that it’s happening just 2 years after moving in. While I was happy with the setup we had previously, we’ve found that we wanted to replace the furniture with some pieces that would allow for more of a group hosting situation. We love spending time out on our porch, especially when we have visitors or are hosting friends, so we wanted to create a space that’s perfect for that. The previous furniture we had didn’t seat enough people and didn’t have a great flow to it. While it worked for the time, I’m so excited to have a more cohesive look and layout!
We’re getting our porches stained soon, so once that is complete, I’ll be able to install all the new furniture. I can’t wait to see it come together and spend time out there this spring! I’ll definitely share more on Instagram, as well as do a full reveal in a blog post, so keep an eye out for that. Until then, this mood board is serving as my inspiration. I love to create graphics like this when I’m envisioning a space. I did it via Canva, which is very user-friendly and a great way to see how everything will go together!
