Guys, we made it to Friday! This has felt like a verrrrry long week because both Liam and I were struck down with the stomach bug. He got sick over the weekend (though we weren’t sure if it was just food-related because it was relatively quick), and I was out from Monday evening until Wednesday. I haven’t been sick like that in yeaaaaars and it was brutal. I’m thankful it was quick and Mike did not get sick at the same time, so I was able to fully rest and recover. Anyway, to say that I’m looking forward to the weekend would be an understatement!
I started watching Emily in Paris on Netflix and am really enjoying it! I finished Inventing Anna while bedridden earlier this week, which I also enjoyed! I would recommend both of them, if you’re looking for something to watch.
After months of waiting, our pull-out couch should be delivered next week. I’m excited to see it! We got it for our playroom. It will serve as a place to sit in the playroom the majority of the time, but also as an additional place for guests to sleep on the queen-sized mattress. We’ve had a handful of times over the last year or so that we’ve wanted to sleep more people than we can, so it will be great to have that option. Plus, I’m picturing a cousin sleepover or two in there in just a couple years 😉
