It’s been a fun week in the Bown household, since we’ve had our friend staying with us! Liam has loved having someone new around, too! We’ve made some good dinners, Mike’s had a workout partner, and we’ve made an effort to get him some of the foods he needs to try while he’s here, like milkshakes from Cookout. We’ve had beautiful weather this week, too, which means lots of outside time. I’ve been taking Liam on a walk in the mornings (usually I do it in the evening), which has been a great way to start my day. I enjoy that it’s a bit quieter and more peaceful than the evenings and it feels good to move my body in the morning.
I’ve been reading our book club book and really enjoying it! We’re reading We We Liars by E. Lockhart.
I just did this color on my nails last night and I love it for summer! Such a pretty, bright watermelon pink.
My parents will be in Raleigh this weekend, so I’m looking forward to some family time and watching Liam show off all his new skills since they last saw him!
