Over the last couple years, the volume of subscription services that we have added to our household has increased dramatically. As far as pricing goes, you can get a Walmart+ membership for $12.95/month or $98/year. For me personally, getting an extra hour of work back every week to be able to get my groceries delivered is worth the $12.95/month!
Our first Walmart+ order was used to put together a little snack station for our delivery people. The irony of using a delivery service to deliver snacks for our delivery drivers is not lost on me. In fact, it just points to why I wanted to do a little something for the hardworking men and women making all the deliveries this season (and year)! I added some snacks and drinks (and a couple groceries for us!) to my cart, picked my delivery window for later that evening, and had everything sitting on my porch within the 1-hour delivery window that I requested. Game changer!
For our snack cart, we put out a variety of drinks, as well as some salty and sweet snacks. I have some back-stock, so I’ll continue refilling it, as snacks are taken and enjoyed. And if we run through all of them before the end of the holiday rush, I’ll just order more and replenish!
In this season of life right now, I’ve got my hands full with working, being a mom & wife, and trying to squeeze in some time to care for myself, too. To be able to offload one of my weekly chores, like going to the grocery store, with my Walmart+ membership means a lot to me.
