Is it hot where you live? We’re in my least favorite time of the year in Raleigh – it’s 90’s and high humidity every day, with the very rare high 80’s day. I’m much more of a mild summer/fall girl. I would almost equate the summers here to the winters in the Chicag0 – I avoid being outside at pretty much all costs! It’s best to be in air conditioning or in water. Lucky for me, I’m able to take advantage of my sister’s pool on the exceptionally hot days!
A cute suit, a hat or visor to protect my face, and plenty of sunscreen is all I need to spend some time by the pool!
