Has warm weather arrived where you live yet? We’ve had some summer-like days here in Raleigh over the last couple weeks and it’s been glorious! I’ve been making an effort to spend as much time outside on the nice days as possible – fresh air and Vitamin D do a lot to help improve my mood and outlook on things, especially during this strange time.
While you may have had to cancel/change your spring break plans this year, you can still try to get outside and enjoy the weather that you do have. If it’s warm enough, grab a lounge chair, mix up a cocktail or fruity drink, and catch some rays. It’s prime swimsuit-shopping time, so here are a few that I’m loving:
1 | 2 | 3 Top, Bottom | 4 Top, Bottom | 5 | 6 Top, Bottom | 7 | 8 | 9 | 10 Top, Bottom
Clearly, I have a type when it comes to swimwear! While I often prefer a one-piece suit, there are some exceptions to the rule. For me, one-piece’s are so much more comfortable. The style has come a long way, especially in the last couple years. They often have cute details, like scalloped trim or cutouts that make them less 1990’s one-piece and more modern. If I do go for a two-piece suit, I love a high-waisted bottom with a feminine top. It’s a great way to get a bit more coverage out of your swimsuit while still being able to mix and match some things.
I have this set from last year in the black and white and love it! I bought this suit in black this year and have been able to wear it a couple times, so far. It’s very comfortable and flattering – even at 8 months pregnant!
If you’re in the market for swimwear this year, I hope this is helpful to you in your search!
