The Ten Most Popular Items of 2019

One of the cool things that I get to do on my end is look at the analytics on the links to products that I share. It’s always interesting (and super helpful!) to me to see what you guys are most likely to click on, purchase, or swipe up on Instagram stories for. I’d say I’m pretty good at predicting what will be popular and you guys will love, but sometimes there are some surprises in there.

Since I share so many things throughout a calendar year, I thought I would just narrow down a list to the top ten most popular items from 2019 that I shared. These are the ten items that were purchased the most by you guys, and I gotta say, you’ve got great taste! If you’re one of the people that purchased one of these items as a result of me sharing and recommending it, I hope you’re loving whatever it is!

Colorfulkoala High-Waisted Leggings

These leggings were a fantastic Amazon find for me last year! I live for the Lululemon Align Pants, but they’re pretty spendy at just under $100. These leggings were the closest dupe that I have found to the aligns, with a bit of a more athletic/performance feel to the fabric. They hold you in a bit tighter than the aligns do, but they’ve got that buttery soft, barely there feeling that I love! They fit true to size.

The Amazon Travel Makeup Case

This was one of those Amazon items that went sort of viral last year – everyone was sharing about it. If you travel often and bring quite a few products with you, it’s a great option for keeping things organized and protected in transit. The dividers are removable, so you can change up the layout of the case, deepening on what you’re putting in it. I don’t use it every time I travel, but do love it for when I’m packing quite a few products and need something more organized than just a makeup bag.

Aerie Lace Plunge Bralette

One of my favorite finds of the year was this bralette. I now have it in a few colors! I love that you have the option to wear it as a classic-strap bra, or can attach the straps to create a racerback. It is supportive, but still very comfortable. And the wide straps of lace make it a great bralette for layering under off-the-shoulder or wide-neck tops. I’ve heard from several women that are larger busted than me and they attest that it is just as comfortable for them, too! I follow the size chart for the recommended sizing.

Target Chenille Cardigan

It’s no surprise that an item from Target would end up on this list! This chenille cardigan was an early winter find for me and I’ve worn it quite a bit. I love that it’s an open-front and is super soft.

The Billie Razor

My love for the Billie razor runs deeeeeeeep. Many of you have also tried it and gotten hooked since I shared about it, too! Aside from getting a super close and even shave, I can go longer between shaves, which is great! What I love most is the convenience of the subscription factor – getting new razor heads delivered to my doorstep is 10/10.

Daily Ritual Longline Tee

My favorite tees to wear with leggings, hands down! They’re super soft, have good stretch, and are long enough to cover in the front and back without being too loose or baggy. I wear them in an XS; they fit true to size.

Madewell Whisper Cotton Tank

I love these tanks for the spring and summer. They’re great on their own for very hot days, but also work well to layer a lightweight cardigan or kimono over. I have them in a few colors and wear them regularly during the warm months! I’m usually between an XS and S, but prefer the fit of a S for these.

Cole Haan Grand Pro Tennis Sneaker

I shared these white sneakers back in the spring, when I first got them, and you guys loved them! I have several other shoes from Cole Haan and they’re all comfortable and hold up well with wear. They’re a bit of an investment up front, but it’s such a classic style that I know I’ll wear them for seasons to come! One note: the fit was a little tricky on these. I ended up 1/2 size up from my usual size and those were most comfortable, so read the reviews and make your best guess, if you order! 

Moroccan Area Rug

Our area rug in our family room is probably the most asked about home decor item from last year…and I totally get it! It’s a great looking rug that is neutral but adds some interest to the room. We’ve had it in this room for about a year and a half and it still looks new! I’m super impressed with the quality and still love it.

Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Morning After

My go-to lipstick was also one of the most popular items…probably because I wore it multiple times a week! It’s the most wearable lipstick I own – looks great to add a little color on a very minimal makeup day and pairs perfectly with a full makeup look, like on my wedding day! It feels great on my lips and looks natural, which I love.
