It’s been a busy but enjoyable week. As I mentioned last week, it’s a crazy time for my business right now, so I’m working longer hours than I typically do. BUT! Thanksgiving is almost here, so the holiday festivities are just around the corner. That. Is. Crazy.
I’ve had so much fun adding some new products to Elisabeth Ashlie this month, like our new travel mug! Also, marbled coasters. (insert dancing girl emoji). Feeling deeply grateful for my job and having the opportunity to wake up each morning excited to get to work.

I made this Chicken Taco Salad this week and was reminded of how darn good it is. I think I could eat a salad every day and be happy with life, so I love having ingredients around to make one for lunch or dinner.
