brainstorm like a rainstorm

i made a discovery about myself the other day. i tend to brainstorm like a rainstorm — i think i just made that up. thinking about trademarking it.  what the heck does that mean, you ask?

well, i’ve noticed that i get a flood of ideas all at once. it’s like something happens in my brain and i’m suddenly the most inspired i’ve been in days or weeks. i can’t seem to write down my ideas fast enough. one thing leads to another, and suddenly i have 10 blog posts drafted, three new business ideas, and 18 outfits i want to share with you guys. okay, maybe not quite that many, but you know what i’m sayin’.

i need to take advantage of it because i know, like a rainstorm, my inspiration will suddenly disappear and i’ll be left staring at my computer screen, totally blank. is anyone with me on this? what do you do in those times of being uninspired?
